1. Weekly Level-Up Rewards
Once per week, you will receive a random item when reaching the next profile rank. This means that by simply playing the game, players can add quite a few skins to their collections. Unfortunate

Finally, you can always use third-party services to buy skins (like Skinbaron.de). Many sites allow you to buy and sell skins for real money. This is especially useful if you want to turn an expensive skin into real money instead of Steam credits.
3. Trade-Up Contracts
