Does my cashback or tier expire?

Your cashback status gets reset every month. The voucher with your earned cashback will be sent 1–3 working days after the end of each month and is valid until the end of the month.
Can I withdraw my cashback?

Each month you will receive a voucher with the cashback you earned. You can use the voucher code as a payment method in the shopping cart. It can also be combined with other payment methods like credit card or PayPal.
