Some of the most popular knives in CS2 are the Butterfly Knife and the Karambit. You can obtained these from the older cases released up to and including the Revolver Case<\/a>. The very popular Doppler, Gamma and Marble Fade finishes can be found in Chroma, Gamma, Spectrum, and Breakout cases<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can see a list of them in the image below. It shows all the cases currently available in the game and the gold items you can obtain from them. The Genesis Terminal<\/a> is not in the picture. It has replaced the Fracture Case<\/a> in the active drop pool and doesn’t contain any gold item.<\/p>\n\n\n

What makes the Breakout Case special<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What makes the Breakout Case<\/a> special is that it only contains the Butterfly Knife as a gold item. Skins like the P90 | Asiimov<\/a> and the M4A1-S | Cyrex<\/a> have now become some of the most sought-after and expensive reds for knife trade-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trade-Ups for Gloves<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can trade up highly popular old-school gloves like the Pandora\u2019s Box Gloves<\/a>, Hedge Maze Gloves<\/a>, and Crimson Kimono Gloves<\/a> using red weapon skins from the Hydra Case and the Glove Case. However, these cases are quite expensive. Around \u20ac10 for the Glove Case<\/a> and \u20ac30 for the Hydra Case<\/a>. As a result, the prices of the red skins from these collections were already very high even before the update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Popular gloves from the newer collections can be crafted more cheaply – with a bit of luck.
The items you need to craft Vice Gloves<\/a>, King Snake Gloves<\/a> or Imperial Plaid Gloves<\/a>, you can find in the Clutch Case<\/a> and Revolution Case<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Trade-Up Changes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before the update, the possible outcomes of a trade-up also influenced the chances of which skin you would receive.
Now, the probability is based only on the skins you put into the trade-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
